Amir Knippel, is an established hi-tech entrepreneur and technology expert who has been involved in the foundation of several startup projects, and has a proven record of developing ground-breaking solutions. During the years that he spent consulting development teams Amir realized the reduction in efficiency and increase in developer's frustration related to programming inefficiencies and decided to establish Spinux Ltd as a consulting and development house for improving the programming experience.

Guy Atzmon – Co-Founder

Guy Atzmon is a business professional who brings to Spinux Systems over 18 years of experience in both the military and civilian markets.As former VP Business Development at Xenia Ventures Capital, Guy’s portfolio includes initiation, build-up and packaging of several hi-tech startups in the fields of Information Technology, Internet, Gaming, Telco and Life Sciences. An expert in business strategy and decision making models, Guy’s experience includes financial and market analyses, business development and capital raising. Guy holds an LLB and an MBA in Finance from the IDC in Herzlia, and was member of the board of a number of companies including IntuView, AdYouNet and PlayCast
